Three (3) proofs of residency are required to obtain an ID card. You must present a valid New York State driver's license and two (2) of the following documents.

1. Tax Bill
2. Most Recent Utility Bill
3. Car Insurance
4. Most Recent Bank Statement

Residents who are eligible for a Sr/Jr golf ID CARD must show proof of age. Adult (18-59) SR/JR (60 years and Over/Juniors under 18)

• Your primary residence (DOMICILE) must be in the town of Stony Point in order to obtain a STONY POINT RESIDENT ID CARD for Patriot Hills Golf Club.
• Registration will be available on a daily basis once the golf course has opened for the reason.
• All individuals must be present when they register for their ID card.
• Lost or stolen cards can be replaced for a fee of $5.00
• ID cards MUST be presented to the Pro Shop Cashier by the individual and scanned before playing.
